Please note that the most accurate way to find your measurements is with a sizing kit. Simply choose the desired length/shape of the nail, and this will be sent to you to try on in person.

Please understand that there may be slight variations with each set because each nail is hand painted. Due to the nature of the product, i may occasionally need to use replacement charms depending on the space of the nail / current stock.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for the creation of your nails.

If you require your nails to be completed and shipped sooner - please refer to our "Rush Me" add-on.

Please ensure you check the estimated arrival time during checkout to avoid disappointment. However, it's important to note that we cannot guaruntee specific delivery dates once the package has been posted, and is in the hands of the delivery courrier.

Packages are sent using Royal Mail.

SIZING KITS are shipped second class within the UK and standard internationally.

NAIL SETS are shipped first class within the UK and tracked internationally.

I am not responsible for lost packages. Please contact royal mail if any issues may occour.
