Shipping & processing times

Processing times for full nail sets currently estimate at approximately 3 weeks.

Please note, even if a set is more simple, nails are completed in order of a fist come, first served basis.

Labels are printed potentially a day or two before a bulk drop-off.

CreatureClaws is not responsible for lost packages - all items are shipped with Royal Mail (1st class for full sets, 2nd for sizing kits + nail replacements within the UK. International standard shipping for sizing kits & replacement nails, tracked + signed for full sets) Please contact the shipping courier directly if any issues arise.
